You may think I’m weird for saying this.
And, you may be right.
I actually said these words to a coworker recently. And, with not a hint of sarcasm.
“I love meetings.”
I was totally serious.
Meetings are where people connect and get work done.
In can be in person. On the phone. With video or without.
I get excited when people are connected, mobilized for action, and delivering results.
That happens in meetings.
If they’re created with Purpose, the right People are invited, and everyone arrives Prepared.
Then led well of course!
Who wouldn’t love meetings like that?
